Please read these terms before working with me or purchasing any services through this site.
Services
I offer ghostwriting, editing, and story consultation services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be agreed upon before work begins. Nothing is binding until we've both confirmed the details in writing.
Payment
Payment terms will be outlined for each project individually. For the Story Clarity Session, payment is due in full before work begins. For A Chapter of Your Life, a 50% deposit is due before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the completed chapter. For scope-based editing and ghostwriting projects, a deposit may be required, with the remainder due upon completion.
Revisions
Revisions are part of the process. The number of included revisions will be agreed upon at the start of each project. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
Confidentiality
I take confidentiality seriously. Your story, your information, and the details of our work together are yours. I will not share, publish, or reference your project without your explicit written permission.
Your Content
When you share personal stories, memories, or materials with me, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to the completed work transfer to you. Until full payment is received, I retain rights to all work produced.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the point of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for how completed work is used once delivered. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
